About the Camp

From March to June 2026, join players from around the world for an unforgettable week of beach volleyball on the white sands of Da Nang, Vietnam.

Each camp includes:
• 5 days of professional training & gameplay
• Afternoon matches and final-day tournament
• Small group sizes (6–8 players per coach)

Damian is a professional volleyball player from Poland with experience in PlusLiga and the Swiss League, as well as beach volleyball. He competes at the pro level across Europe, focusing on technique, tactics, jump & power development, and injury prevention — bringing a disciplined, high-performance mindset to every session.

Our Coaches & Staff

Damian Hudzik

Damian is a professional volleyball player from Poland with experience in both PlusLiga and the Swiss League, as well as beach volleyball. He currently competes at the pro level across Europe and brings a strong competitive background to his coaching. Damian focuses on volleyball technique and tactics (indoor & beach), jump and power development, and injury prevention for athletes. His professional experience and disciplined approach make him a valuable mentor for players seeking high-level performance and growth.

Ryan Lincoln

Ryan Lincoln is an experienced volleyball coach and former college athlete with a deep passion for player development and team leadership. He has coached at both high school and college levels, including his current role as Men’s Team Manager at Algonquin College. As a former captain of the Algonquin Wolves, Ryan was twice named an OCAA All-Academic and played a key role in shaping team culture. He holds a Sport Performance diploma with a volleyball focus from Camosun College.

Jon Justice

Jon is a professional beach volleyball player with AVP Tour experience, competing against some of the top athletes in the United States. He has also represented the USA in international World Tour events, gaining valuable experience on the global stage. Known for his sharp technical understanding and strategic approach, Jon translates his high-level playing experience into effective coaching. His background as a professional competitor fuels his commitment to helping athletes develop both their game and confidence.

Konrad Felini

Konrad is a former professional beach volleyball player with a strong competitive background, highlighted by winning the 2015 University Beach Volleyball European Championship. He competed on the Polish professional tour for several seasons, earning a career-best 2nd place finish in a national tour event. Known for his disciplined training approach. His background as a high-performance athlete fuels his commitment to helping others grow.

Zach Yewchuk

Zach Yewchuk is a Canadian volleyball player currently competing as a middle and opposite for Trinity Western University, one of Canada’s top univesity programs. He represented Team Canada as the starting middle at the U21 World Championships in China, where he showcased his athleticism and international experience at the highest level of youth competition. With over five years of beach volleyball experience, much of it in Hawaii against international and Olympic-level players, Zach brings a powerful blend of indoor precision and beach adaptability. He earned Player of the Game honors against Pepperdine University during the Long Beach North American Challenge Tournament and was recognized by the AVCA as one of the Top 10 high school players in the U.S. His competitive background and all-around skill set make him a dynamic mentor and valuable part of the Vietnam Beach Camps coaching team.

Andrew Mason

Andrew is a Beach Volleyball Coach & Athlete from Ottawa, Canada, known for his disciplined approach and positive energy on and off the court. With over a decade of experience in both indoor and beach volleyball, Andrew has built a reputation for combining technical precision with a deep passion for continuous improvement. A 5× Max Volley League Champion and winner of multiple OVA medals, Andrew has competed at elite levels across Canada, training with top athletes — including former Olympians. His coaching experience with programs like Deadman’s Beach High Performance and Ottawa Fusion’s youth teams reflects his commitment to helping players grow in skill, confidence, and mindset. At Vietnam Beach Camps, Andrew brings his expertise and enthusiasm to every session, creating a motivating, high-energy environment for players of all levels to elevate their game and love for beach volleyball.

David L. Kai

David Kai is a Co-founder & Organizer. David has spent years bringing people together through beach and indoor volleyball in Ottawa, Canada. He began his journey as a volleyball referee and beach tournaments organizer, managing some of the city’s most popular beach events. Combining his passion for community, sports, and travel, he launched Vietnam Beach Camps to create world-class volleyball experiences right on the stunning shores of Da Nang. Known for his attention to detail, organizational skills, and easygoing energy, David ensures that every camp runs smoothly, from court setup to player logistics. His goal is simple: to make Da Nang a new hub for the international beach volleyball community, where players from all levels can train, connect, and enjoy the beach lifestyle together.
